The lady vet was the kindest to my wee cat. The cat and I had both been traumatised by previous vet practise that we used to attend. We really have not visited for a long time. The Cat Clinic is well worth it. They actually seem to care. Thanks for a great visit. Great treatment. Took time and care with the animal.

We had a vaccine appointment. Our cat was a bit irritated but she wasn’t the worst. Instead of managing the situation, they pricked her with the needle but did not finish the job as they were not able to inject the vaccine. It was horrible seeing our cat in such pain. We would have expected experienced veterinarians to at least have finished the procedure they started instead of blaming the situation on us and our cat.

Act upon emergencies so quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful to them for the care and attention they showed for our cat Gustav.

Used to like the cat clinic however, feels like now some of the locums they get are inexperienced and condescending. Been pushed for medicine just to sooth my cat when he is only a little bit wriggling. I would expect from a cat only clinic that they could handled that without suggesting general aesthetic and fully putting him under. It's inconsistent on the check up as some vets will do a very thorough check and other won't try but will still charge full amount. Overall im not satisfied with the service as I don't appreciate being typecast and having a vet who is condescending.

So a little background information for new pet owners. The cat clinic is a little more in terms of cost than some other places. Now I know not everyone can afford it but if you can, then I would say definitely consider them. 1. They now have a service where they come to your house. 2. As there are no other animals such as dogs in the clinic your cat, specially if it's a indoor only cat will be more relaxed. 3. The team there know what they are talking about. 4. If you are getting your cat neutered which I would definitely recommend you do as soon as possible then the cat clinic is the place to get this done. There is no cat cone after the operation and trust me when I say this, your cat will appreciate this.. The level of professionalism and service is second to none. I wouldn't use anywhere else. Not because they are bad, but because I trust the cat clinic with my best friend.

I just hd my first appoimtkent today and I couldn’t be happier. Finally a place were they actually care about my wee panther, processes explained clearly. Also, a place were assistants and receptionists are sooo nice! That totally changes the experience. Thank you guys for your work.

I've been using The Cat Clinic for about 4 months now for my elderly cat who has renal failure, heart murmur and dodgy teeth. The first vet was pushing me to get quite pricey dental work done (which I was prepared to pay for if needed) but she has left now and the second vet has been brilliant, making clinical decisions clearly that are best for my cat and putting my trust back in this practice. I'm happy to recommend them for your feline needs.

Totally cat-friendly vet - with parking nearby, what's not to love! Friendly, knowledgeable, caring. They have given us wonderful support with our older cat's kidney decline. Recommend unhesitatingly.

At the superb age of 18 we had to say a final goodbye to Minnie and all the staff at The Cat Clinic played such a huge part in making this as peaceful and respectful as possible. The staff did all the tests they could and helped us kindly, professionally and respectfully come to this decision that was the right thing to do for Minnie. We dropped her off about 11am and tests were taken the same day to help with the final part of her journey. The staff not only looked after our Minnie but us also. We had to leave her for tests and I thought she would be petrified without us there but when I went back later she was very calm and clearly had been looked after very well indeed. We will be eternally grateful to all the staff and would highly recommend. We will adopt cats in the future and certainly be back. Thank you The Cat Clinic for helping Minnie and us.
