Hit and miss. Some vets were nice and professional, others rude and unprofessional. We've decided to change the practice.
The best vets I've ever been to. It's not about profit here,it's about the wellbeing of your pet and it shows in the prices. I recommend you call them and you will not be disappointed. They are good people.
This place was recommended to me so I first went to Bread Street and it was ok but I felt that the receptionist had more experience than the vets. I then tried Mr Rimer in the Morningside centre and that was by far the worst experience. He was rude towards me and insensitive with my highly anxious dog, handling her roughly and making a really stressful situation far worse. His diagnosis was correct but he's old school, and I've always had compassionate vets with a more mindful approach. I was so shaken up by this experience that I made a complaint to the Practice Manager and that wasn't handled well either. Sadly I won't be going back.
We've had such a good experience with these vets they provide incredable care.They also provide lots of options for affording quality care such as their healthy pet club and package deals such as senior pet extensive checks. Highly recommended.
The perfect vet. Trained professional staff who really care about me and my pets. Kind gentle vet who knows his stuff and my dogs love. Not one of them has felt their injections. They love him and visiting is always a pleasure.
David Rimer has been our Vet for over 25 years, he is amazing, a lot of experience, professional, calm, reassuring. He loves his job and is a great advocate for the practice. He has looked after my previous dogs, then I had a gap and when I got my new dog, 18 months ago, I went straight back to the practice and discovered he was still working, so I was delighted. I did not have to start over a new relationship with another vet. PS I love the new improvements at the surgery. PS the receptionist - Diana is amazing, friendly, helpful, kind. Takes an interest in your dog. I would throughly recommend this practice.
