   I am honestly disgusted and in disbelief at the way I have been treated in this lawyers I was past from one to the next not organized , not listening getting things mixed up and wrong and to me taking the easiest option and not wanting to do they work from Jennifer liddel to Amy lidell back to another Jen then back to Amy and when I would phone to ask to speak to them I would get called back. They where getting back to me last minute about my court proceedings going to a proof instead of calling and explaining when I had been really badly mentally upset going up against my charges stalker.i emailed expressing they hadn't put things in I agreed to and was actually giving other options to be as flexible o could for my daughter and they didn't pass on them she came back saying she did but I don't trust her and they can no longer represent me knowing I was away for weekend and I couldn't call out I came back to this email on Monday my proof court proceedings are Thursday. I have been in terrible state and explained on phone previous how was affecting me and they so that to vulnerable women trying to do best by her daughter shame in them and I would stay clear of them.

   ⚠️ Avoid this firm! ⚠️ Neil was the only decent lawyer there. He has now left. Looks like lawyers only go to gallen & Co to gain more experience then leave. The offices scream legal aid! Nothing is reinvested back into the firm. Files left lying on the floor. There was actually an incident in Nitshill were the office flooded. Actually sent an old man along to represent me who never had a clue what was going on. Didn't even know what he was there to represent. When I asked him a question he asked me when I got my law degree. Find a lawyer who specialises in what you require. Not one who does everything. Offices are disgusting. Both the Nitshill office and the city centre one. ⚠️Repeat Neil Mcdonald has left! ⚠️
