   I am absolutely mortified by way a blonde female in this company spoke to me today. After being told in an email to come in today to sign some paperwork. I had a question about one paragraph and the secretary went to speak to someone, next thing this very aggressive blonde came into reception and told me 'I couldn't just pop in, I needed an appointment' I pointed out that I'd been told to 'pop' in and she said you asked a question and I don't have time for you. She has to be the most rudest, aggressive and dismissive person I've ever had the misfortune to cross paths with. I will not be continuing my business with this company and expect a FULL refund for the for the money I've already paid to them. Disgraceful treatment of client

   Mr Wilson and all the staff who work in this office are fantastic. I can’t thank them all enough for helping me out with a very messy divorce. It was a long fight however I got what I wanted in the end. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for anything as they are all hard working and very professional.

   Absolute waste of time took all my case to them and at the start seemed very hopeful to then find out that he hadnt even passed on information about the collection of my youngest I found out by text from my ex!!!!! ,no contact with whatsoever from my lawyer about anything I tried calling myself on numerous occasions to get no where even left voice mails and still not heard a thing back to then receive one of the most ridiculous letters ever stating that my case may be flung out and that he can not represent me as I haven't been in contact well I have the evidence to prove that I have so looks like just because part of my legal aid was refused they just can't be bothered !!!! Certainly wouldn't waste my time am very reluctant to even give them the one star communication is the key factor and you guys lack it !!!!!
