Went to this company in Hillington regarding becoming executor of My cousin estate. Told me two weeks maximum and they would be in contact to start the ball rolling. Two weeks passed and no contact, I called them and needed to wait for them to call me back. When the receptionist called me back I was asked for the name of my mother who had passed away. My mother is very much alive. I found this disgraceful and disorganised, even although they had a copy of my cousins death certificate. In my opinion this is not the company to use if you want things to go smoothly. I am talking about the Hillington branch so other branches may be better.
