Haven't had a problem ordering for years until now. what a hassle to order something now you have to provide all data far too much hassle everyone is already busy enough and the great thing too, if you cancel the order it will cost you money in the small print is ridiculous!

So disheartened. Spent a month creating an order with the company for them to turn round to us after taking our financial details that they can no longer go ahead with our order as they had not checked that their art department can do it.
