   They don't want to do commercial vehicles anymore aparently, will give you the run around, long lead times, rufuse outright the booking(Manufacturers add blue fault FYI 3rd time, 6 months off the road in total, 3 years old van, also had a new fuel tank, brake calipers, took over a month to a standard steel wheel). The also outright lied, when I had a vehicle recovered there, they tried to say I tried to book it in the day BEFORE it broke down!!

   Great service, even knowing we most likely wouldn't buy through the dealership (getting new car through salary sacrifice scheme at work) Billy was fantastic and really understood what we were looking for. If we're in the market to buy in the future, definitely going to start here.

When we reached she came out and greeted us wasn’t a hard seller and actually answered all queries. Knowledgeable, skilled, welcoming simply brilliant service.

   I have only been to this Citroen branch once and that was when I asked the staff if I could borrow a dustpan and brush to sweep the boot of my hire car with after visiting Trowbridge recycling centre next door. I found the staff here very friendly and obliging, they were quite happy to lend me a dustpan and brush, no questions asked. I was very thankful to them because I was due to take the hire car back that day and a dirty boot could have caused me some problems.
