   Absolutely shocking experience, would never recommend. Booked a taxi at 21:10 and when it didn’t show up an hour later, I called. First three times, no response. On the fourth, I got an automated AI operator that didn’t understand a word I spoke. Then after struggling got an actual person to talk to who told me that since it hadn’t turned up after an hour and I hadn’t called, they cancelled it on my behalf. What?? Why would that ever be normal?? Why wouldn’t a taxi service 15 minutes from my home ever take over an hour, never mind not even have left after that hour to the point they decided to cancel it on my behalf. Not only that, the 7 minute drive that was listed as £12 was now bumped to £24 due to the first one being cancelled. I instantly told them to forget about booking another taxi. I would never go here again. Shocking time and shocking customer service.

   If I had the option to give zero stars, I absolutely would. I want my refund because what they’re doing feels like a straight-up scam. Here’s what happened: I booked a ride, they charged me immediately, and then kept showing “finding a driver” for 30 minutes. No one was assigned. I even called their helpline — they recognised my number since I’m registered — and all they said was, “We have not yet assigned a driver for your upcoming ride.” No solution, no help. So basically they take your money first, make you wait forever, provide no driver, and then if you cancel (even though it’s THEIR fault), they charge you a cancellation fee of almost 33%. Absolutely ridiculous. After waiting half an hour with zero updates, I had no choice but to cancel — and still got charged. Glasgow Taxis seriously needs to fix this system. Charging customers without providing a driver is unacceptable. Avoid unless you enjoy paying for nothing.

   I ordered a taxi and I waited for an hour to take my dear little cat to the vet. He’s in pain and when I called they said they would send me a taxi asap but after another half an hour I called them back and they said it was cancelled. I had waited 107 minutes in total. I missed the vet and my cat is in agony and I have to pay the vet for not showing up. I’m gutted. Meanwhile empty taxis were driving past me. They ruined my day and night and left me in tears. I’m struggling to pay the vet as it is without the taxi company throwing my money away. I’m severely disabled and I don’t have a job and I will be up all night nursing my dear cat. If he dies my lawyers will be instructed to sue them.

   Rode in 330 to the airport. Easy to book online. Can had a ramp for my mobility scooter and the driver couldn’t have been more helpful in pulling up to the back of the house, helping with bags and the scooter. Great accessible service

   Abysmal reliability and customer care. Glasgow Taxis Ltd don't care about punctuality and looking after clients. They only care about grabbing big fares from Glasgow City Council for school hires and airport contracts. Their app is useless, bookings are cancelled last minute all the time. It is time for new management at Glasgow Taxis Ltd, get rid of these ex drivers who have personal agendas.

   Had a pre-booked taxi to the airport at 4.30am. The booked time for the taxi to show up came and went, while the page was still 'finding a taxi'. Ended up canceling the booking and taking an uber which was quick and stress free. Do not recommend unless you want to be stuck outside waiting for a no show in the cold, worried about missing your flight...

   Booked a taxi with this company the day before to catch the bus from Buchanan st station to get to Edinburgh airport. It didn’t show up and the bus was almost missed because of it. Never again , not reliable.

   Booked a taxi online the day before for 8.30am. Needed to be at Buchanan station before 9am as I was flying from Edinburgh. I waited 20minutes and nobody showed up. I cancelled the booking and eventually phoned them and they told me “oh, sorry, we were trying to find a taxi for you”. Never again. Problems happen, but they didn’t even told me they were having trouble as I would have called an Uber.

   Cab booked for 9:15pm on Halloween 45 mins in advance. Expected it to perhaps be a little late. 45 mins later still not turned up. I used the tracking, clearly broken because it said 3 minutes away the whole time. The driver I got through to said he’d not taken the job. Operator told me they were 4 mins away. This cab never turned up and we got an Uber.
