Phoned Briggs cars to get a taxi from Bishopbriggs.....got told they don't cover Bishopbriggs then she hung up. Aye, cheers for that. Briggs cars don't cover the area in their name
Awful company. Unreliable and poor service. Booked a taxi and was advised 30 minutes wait. Received a confirmation text. Phoned back after 40 minutes to be told they had no cars in bishopbriggs and not trace of my booking. Won't be using again.
Missed a family wedding because they couldn’t actually do their job and send out a car at an agreed upon time, then told us lie after lie about when the taxi would be getting here and didn’t even bother to inform us it was going to be late in the first place had to phone up several times before eventually cancelling it as we where going to miss the wedding ceremony, do not use it is not worth the stress. In addition they where incredibly rude on the phone, possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Worst cab company ever. They never want to tell you how long it will take, because it'll be anything between 40 minutes and two hours. My driver was rude, drove straight past me, took 20 minutes to show up (their tracking app doesn't work), refused to give an estimate ("it'll be between a tenner and 25 pounds" - in other words, "tonight, I'll be ripping you off"), and then told me he didn't have a card machine at the end of the ride, and locked the doors. We had to drive to a card machine, which is where he left me (he refused to drop me off at my house). When I phoned the operator to tell her this, she hung up on me. Threatening, unsafe, and abusive of power. Vive le Uber.
Literally waited 15 mins after my taxi was due only to call and be told no one was available and they went coming out to me. Didnt even think to call me and let me know this was the case. First and last time I'll book a taxi from these guys. Just stupidly bad service all round from the controller.
Absolutely disgusting service! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. We phoned them and they estimated a time of 30-40 minutes and had no response after that. Their excuse was they were busy and then we ended up waiting a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes! Still haven’t received that text. Never again Briggs cars your service is abysmal.
Called and was told it would be a 20 min wait witch was fine. Got a txt saying it was on it's way. No taxi arrived. Called them back and was told they dont have many drivers on and they were still trying to get one. Ended up cancelling it after more than an hour wait.
Brilliant company, always fast service and never left waiting for more than 15 minutes. They send you a message telling you the name of the driver plus car registration and an estimated time and map showing you how long they'll be and where they are from your house. Awesome guys keep up the great service.
