   Never again, I've never been spoken to or been treated so unprofessionally. The staff are rude and condescending and treat you like dirt. They make assumptions and charge you for the privilege of doing so. I will NEVER go there again and will never recommend them to anyone. If you enjoyed being spoken to like rubbish, then by all means go there, but my advice is run the other way. The receptionist obviously took top honours from the Katie Hopkins charm school. I offered to wait but they gave me a courtesy car which was fine and I put a blanket on the back seat as I had my dogs. On my return journey to collect my car the courtesy car was out of fuel so being what I thought, a good customer I filled up the car with a full tank of fuel but arrived just after 5.30pm. The garage was closed up so I returned in the morning at opening time to be greeted by staff with faces like thunder. They knew full well I had my dogs with me and I was told "looking at the state of your car, if there's any damage you will have to pay for it" and then charged me a further 20 quid for flicking Henry Hoover around and said I'd left it in a real mess. So a courtesy car really wasn't one, when they had an addition 60 quid out of me on top of an almost 1000 pound bill.

   Avoid this garage! Took my car here for an MOT which failed on minor brake hose issues. I had the repairs done by my usual mechanic and returned within the 10-day period for the free retest. After less than five minutes on the ramp, they told me it had passed — but then tried to charge me a “small fee” for using the brake tester. This charge was never mentioned beforehand, and they couldn’t explain why it was necessary. Having family in the motor trade, I knew this wasn’t right and questioned it. Eventually, they admitted that if I’d had the repairs done with them, the “extra charge” wouldn’t apply. Completely unprofessional and misleading — trying to make extra money where they shouldn’t. I won’t be returning.

   Worst garage I’ve ever been to Took my bike in as it wasn’t in a running state and asked to see if they could find the issue and sort it for me After a week I got my bike back. Got charged £200 just to be told by some moron that they didn’t find the issue and that the bike runs now ( which it did for 2 minutes till the end of the road) the put a new battery and a bit of fuel in and that’s all they could be asked to do Completely incompetent and untrustworthy people

   I booked in for wheel nut locks removal . I’d bought a pack of wheel nut locks which fit. All the garage needed to do was to swap them. I was quoted £25 plus vat, and when I got the call 2 hours later they charged me £114 - claiming the wheel nut locks were hard to get off (a lie) which they were going to say no matter what and charge me £50 for it - and they even charged me breakdown fee of £45 because they had offered to collect and drop off my car. If I had known this would be charged to being a breakdown fee I would have brought it in myself. Complete hiding of charges and exacerbating costs for money here. Total cost with vat was £114 for such a simple job. Furthermore I was unhappy to find the mechanics had greased up my car seats and parking brake and steering wheel were completely covered in grease. I Can’t get the grease off my light coloured passenger seat. When I was hit hard by this garage it stung and I felt in pain at the ruthlessness of the bloke who said “I’ve got staff to pay” when I told him I won’t be able to afford basic items if they charge me £114 when the quote was £25. I’ll never use this rip off garage again. Just giving an honest review … think before you dive in here! Also they put grease, stained all over my passenger headrest and other parts of the car. I can’t get it out. Not impressed

   My husband had a problem with the AC in our car during this recent heatwave. We took the car to Wells automotive and asked for their help? They were just great. They loaned us a car for the day and our AC was fixed and we picked our car up the next day. Brilliant service!
