After being let down by a completely different garage, I called Simon and same day he was able to look at and fix my car. Simon was very friendly and made it seem like no trouble to fit a part for me. Very happy with the service and they did a great job, my wipers are working again!
My daughter works as a nurse in the Bristol children's hospital, when leaving work after a night shift her car got damaged. As I live in Cornwall there wasn't a lot I could do to help. I contacted sgh who couldn't be more helpful or friendly. My daughter was nervous taking her car into the work shop of a traditionally male environment, but when she met Simon he made her feel completely at ease and happy. He made my daughter laugh, put her at ease and was sympathetic and kind . That not only made my daughter happy, it made me feel happy too . Highly recommended! Our car was involved in an accident and Simon was brilliant, he helped us out through the whole process and explained what the options were. Excellent communication! The car has been written off and we’ve been given an amazing courtesy car for over 3 weeks! We got a fair compensation too which is probably higher than what we would have otherwise gotten through our own insurance company. Can’t recommend enough!

When I called SGH to see if they could help me as my MX5 failed its MOT on the rear inner sills Simon couldn't help me enough. Not only could he complete the work within the 7 day MOT period but he got it done within 3 days!! Great guy very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be returning for additional work for sure! Simon did a great job fixing a nasty patch of rust on the A pilar of our Mazda Bongo. Great communication throughout and cost was the same as quoted- plus didn't do anything without asking first. Would use again!
Simon helped me get the best out of an MX5 that had some issues missed out by another garage. He went above and beyond in dealing with the existing issues and making me feel like a part of the family. Ended up getting transmission and diff oil change, as well as an undercoating. Very happy with all that and would definitely recommend this as a trustworthy garage.
Took my front bumper for repair and painting. There was an issue with original paint softening under the new primer and the job took longer than expected as a result, but Simon was very good about it and did some extra work on the car despite the paint issue not being their fault. Excellent finished result, very happy customer. Thanks Simon!
