Just had tyres checked following a bump with a bollard. Staff friendly, informative and honest, didn’t treat me like an idiot (which I am when it comes to tyres). Plus check was completely free. I always use them and would recommend
Good service for tyre fitting and wheel alignment. Also the next day they removed a deeply embedded piece of flint that I feared was a nail and would deflate tyre on removal. Courteously they didn’t charge me for what I’d booked as a puncture repair.
Ordered and paid online. On line I put in my reg, selected the wheel size , it then gave me a choice, I chose the tyres I wanted it showed my car type , my reg and I paid . When I arrived at the garage they said the tyres were unsuitable for my car . I did explain that I used there automated system. He said the only alternative available was £30 + a tyre extra. I said no thanks cancelled my order and left
Terrible service, needed tracking done and went into the Garage on Thursday to book. Confirmed Saturday around 1. Called to confirm the time and advised they had not booked it in and to come back the following Monday!
Despite the mishap with my booking through Black Circles, they were able to fit me in at a time that would accommodate me. Friendly and efficient service - would recommend.

Fantastic team of people, friendly, always willing to help and knowledgeable about what they do. I have only been a customer of theirs for a couple of years but they have never let me down. One day whilst shopping in the shop next door I realised I had too little pressure in my tyre. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they took care of my problem, checked my other wheels as well and did it for free !!! I drove home with a working car with the recommendation to monitor the situation and make an appointment if there were problems .After 2 weeks I was back and the problem was completely solved.I am very grateful to them. I highly recommend them !!!

Excellent service. Needed 2 new front tyres and Corey sourced these at reasonable cost. and quicker than expected. As he promised he phoned me as soon as they had been delivered to the depot and we agreed a time for them to be fitted. Very polite staff and a free coffee to go with it. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the fitting bay and reception. Definitely recommend.
