Very disappointing experience and extremely untrustworthy. I took my car in because my tyre was punctured. I clearly told them to repair it if possible, and only replace it if it could not be repaired. I was asked to come back in one hour. When I returned, they told me the tyre could not be repaired and that they had already changed it. I was charged £270. However, when I asked to take my punctured tyre with me, their behaviour suddenly changed. They went back to check the car again, and shortly after they called me in and admitted it was a mistake. They said they had not changed the tyre at all, and that it had only been repaired. I was given a full refund and they didn’t charge me for the repair either — which makes the situation even more concerning. It feels like they were trying to charge me for a new tyre that was never fitted. This experience was shocking and very disappointing. It’s hard to trust a business that behaves this way. Customers should not have to question whether they’re being ripped off. Be careful.

Bought four brand new tyres, seem ok at the start, perfectly friendly people. 1 month later, realised one of them were leaking significantly, so brought the car in. Installed a new valve for one problematic tyre, only to find out that because it was improperly installed or not cleaned properly, new valve is leaking again… Did they install it properly the first time when I bought 4 new tyres ? Who knows. Off to get another new valve from a better garage I guess. In short, nice people, but probably too big of a company to have consistently high quality services.

Been going here for years for my MOTs but they are but of a bigger group now and whilst their MOT is still £35 (plus £15 for a retest if you go elsewhere to get the work done), their prices have gone up a lot. My central locking failed and Dave helped me get into my Golf. Great staff. Shame about the prices.

Booked MOT online very easily, excellent customer service, the friendly team advised I could wait or come back as it would take 45-60 mins. Never been to this garage before but I have admired the drift cars that used to be in the window display.. had a great chat about the cars as I had seen them at Castle Combe racing circuit… anyway, brilliant service and I would definitely come back for anything else, 100% recommend!

After being messed around by another garage that said that they couldn't get a shock absorber for my 21 year old car. I phoned this garage and they sourced the part's that I needed the next day and fitted them without a problem. Very professional service with no stress or hassle. Would highly recommend this garage.

Church Road Pro Tyre are excellent. Professional, timely and friendly. They give great advice and take the time to explain things clearly and answer questions. It's my 2nd year taking my car there for an MOT and service. I'm very happy

I'd normally avoid chains for mechanical work, but these guys went above and beyond. Really helpful, no extra sales and were happy to help and answer questions about the car and future problems and solutions.

I've never met such an unprofessional company. I was travelling 10 miles in rush hour to get to the garage, and was 4 minutes late. They refused to take my car and said they couldn't fit me in any more, despite me booking the car in 10 days prior. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen, heard or experienced in my 25 years of owning a car. The Manager didnt seem to cared and said i was technically 19 minutes late as the small print on the email says to arrive early. I asked for my money back and they couldnt even print me off a confirmation receipt to prove my money had been refunded. They said to come back if i dont see the money back in my account in 2 days. The garage appears under staffed, poorly managed, and over-booked. I will never take my car here again, and urge others to be extremely vary of this awful unhelpful non customer focused company.

Good price. Staff were professional (even though they do seem to ignore you even when you're stood right in front of them). Had to wait a bit longer than my booked in appointment (which is probably to be expected in a garage). Biggest disappointment is not getting the promised electronic invoice which is still outstanding several days later.
