Morag has been looking after our Maltese Riley since he was a puppy. Always very patient, understanding and helped train him up. Riley is now confident socialising with other dogs and has grown in confidence since he started going. Would definitely recommend her services
I don't normally write reviews but thought I would do so in this case as I think that Morag has a special talent with and understanding of dogs. My Toby is an older boy who has come out of his shell and now interacts positively with other male dogs. I put this down to the Morags patience and her ability to help dogs relax and socialise. I have taken Toby round some of the walks he goes with Morag and am impressed with the variety of safe open space, woodland and opportunities to get a swim when the weather is hot. Toby now gets very excited when Morag appears to take him a walk / adventure with his palls. I couldn't give Morag a higher recommendation. AB
Fraud! This woman would take payment for a service of either 30 minute or 1 hour dog walks and not deliver the service. Very disappointed and upset for our dogs wellbeing. When we found out this was happening and tried to speak with her about the issues we were then blocked from social media and she would not reply to text. Do not trust her with your pets
After having Morag walk our dogs for a few years, we unfortunately recently found out based off of our neighbours security systems that the last couple of paid walks Morag in fact was not walking our dogs when we had paid for either half an hour or hour walks. We do not know if this was a handful of times or if this has gone on over the years but needless to say we are extremely disappointed that our dogs were not cared for like they should have been.
Morag was extremely unprofessional dealing with me and my dog. I did not hear from her after the first walk and had to ask her about it, from which I only received a short, vague reply. I therefore asked for a photo from the walk the next day. She then told me after the second walk she can't send a photo through text so I gave her my whatsapp number. I didn't hear from her for a few hours so I texted her asking for the photo and also where she took my dog for a walk that day. She only replied about where she walked, and ignored my photo question. I had to ask her again for the photo and she replied that she couldn't find me on whatsapp and that she couldn't get peace to talk to visitors she had over, implying I was disturbing her. I waited a few hours so as to not disturb her and thought I would send her just one text explaining myself, expecting her to see it in the morning. She then asked why I was texting her at midnight so I answered her question. She sent me two hostile texts saying I was hassling her and out of order. I find her reaction to be extremely unprofessional. All I wanted was a photo from the walk, which I think is a very simple request that she couldn't fulfil. She then got aggressive at me for answering her question. I would not recommend her to anyone at all.
I could not recommend Morag highly enough. We were recommended her by the hotel we were staying at near Edinburgh and our dogs stayed for two nights. The dogs stay in her home, were walked and we had updates while they were there. When we went to pick them up they were very excited to see us but also very excited to show us where they had been staying as they ran back into Morag's house. They had been playing lots of fetch when they were there and went and got a ball and sat next to Morag. They both get quite anxious when left alone and it was such a comfort to see how settled and happy they'd been. Thank you Morag!
