   DLG Auto Services were the trust repair centre that Churchill recommended to repair damage on my car from someone crashing into the rear end of my car. The service was extremely smooth, friendly customer service and i was kept up to date about my whole repair. They collected my car from my home address and loaded it on a truck so no extra milage was added to my car. At the time of collection, the colleague talked me through everything they will be doing and spoke about where the damage was. They did an audit report before loading the car onto the truck and send me that report by email straight away. Which i felt was great service and good that they carry that report out to show every detail car. Customer service rang me up to make me aware of the repair they will be carrying out after the investigation was completed, details of the repair and how long it will take. This was very helpful and peace of mind knowing the details. I felt they cared about me as a customer and valued their service offering they give to all customers. The repair took 4 working days, very quick and my car was delivered back to my house by truck so no milage added. At time of dropping the car off, the colleague went through the works that happened, show me the paper work and asked me check the car over before leaving. They offer part of their services is giving you whole car a clean which is a nice touch as i know we all love getting our cars cleaned and driving around in a clean car. The repair was carried out high standard and professional finished. I’m very pleased with the repair they have carried out. Overall i’m extremely pleased with DLG Auto services and the services they offered. Would highly recommend and trust this repair. It was so smooth that i didn’t need to worry and can carry on with focusing doing my daily job.

   Through my insurance company DLG auto processed my car repair smoothly and very professionally. The repair required a new door I was pleasantly surprised the turnover was so quick and I got a cleaned car back in only two working days. The pick up / delivery was efficient with courtesy. The only minor problem is the smell of cleaning product used is a little too strong and it still lingers in the car after 10 days. In summary I am very happy with the overall quality of the service and the staff members.

   My claims experience wasn’t off to the best of starts however, auto services redeemed it! They were absolutely incredible! Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful. From the collection of the car to drop off I was updated constantly on the progress. Apologies I didn’t get everyone’s names but Mark who collected the car, Simon who kept me updated and the guy who dropped it off are a credit to Auto services.

Nothing was to much trouble, the transporter drivers were a credit to the company and very friendly. The repair was perfect and the whole vehicle had been cleaned and valeted on return.    DLG Auto Services were excellent in carrying out the repair to the paintwork on my car and the provision of a courtesy car. They kept me informed from beginning to end, and I could also track the progress of the repair online. The repair took less than a week (luckily no parts needed ordering), and the repair area now looks like new. The whole car had been cleaned and valeted on return. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end.

   Road accident with Deer. This has been a very easy and quick company to deal with. They are very good at keeping you up-to-date on the progress of your vehicle and I had my car back just outside of the week but it did have some big damage and maybe that time was ordering and getting the parts. Can only praise them have no negative comments. Thank you once again.

   I do not recommend! parts are missing after assembly! They use cable ties to assemble. I'm waiting two months for my claim to be resolved!
