   Car wouldn't start last year. Leaking petrol all over the drive RAC recovered and recommended Bond. I've got to say not in any industry have I ever had such good communication as I did from Gary. Gave me regular updates, called me on his day off to update me. This was just before xmas last year and turned around even though really busy. Saved xmas as we were going away. Would highly recommend.

   Took my car in because the steering felt a bit loose. The mechanic was super honest - could have easily said I needed expensive suspension or steering parts, but after checking everything, they told me it was all still in good shape. They just recommended new front tires instead of unnecessary repairs. Really appreciate the honesty and straightforward service!

   Rac recovered my car to Gary after breaking down 200 miles away from home. Gary and his team got to work promptly to fix the car even after receiving it at no notice, was kept up to date through the whole process on any issues and costs involved. Car is now running perfectly, 200 mile journey to bring it home was a good test! Great service and wouldn't hesitate to use again if I lived locally. Thanks to all at bond motor services.

   I took my car here as I was told they new how to handle rac warranty, my cars central locking had failed on the drivers door, I had to fine the part myself !! if not I would have had to pay £104 to get the car back, he didn't charge me for putting the car back together on the understanding I took the car back to them to get it fixed, I was charged for them keeping the car and was not told until the final bill, they did not put the diagnostic charge on the invoice for the RAC warranty so I had to pay to get my car back, the labour charge was very high and gary was very unpleasant, i would never use this garage again.

   Top notch service when my clutch failed and rang around 6 or 7 garages who had no availability- Gary managed to squeeze me in when he didn’t have to! Honest and upfront from the start, explaining what needed to be done and what extra work might need to be done before I got the car towed to the garage. Transparent, efficient, informative, keeps you up to date! Breath of fresh air! I’ll be back!

   I did the MOT and the service, for which I paid 227.80pounds. A few days later(first ride), a notification about low coolant level popped up. There was no sign of any leak. After reporting it to the garage, I received advice "to add water myself"! There was not even a simple "sorry"!I was told it was impossible for them to forget to add coolant during the service and that there must be a leak somewhere. I had to ask several times to top-up the coolant! Finally, the person I spoke to added the fluid, which he did incorrectly, above the Max level( I had to correct it myself). This problem was easy to spot, and I'm curious about what else has not yet been done that I haven't been able to notice. A few months later, the coolant level is still the same as after the top-up. It was my last visit to this garage

   Fantastic place, excellent if your car needs looking at and you have the kids. Staff here are friendly and professional. Excellent service throughout. Can not recommend the place high enough. Just 5 stars all round. Plus an amazing chess board!
