Had my MOT and service done at Terrett Automotives today ,this was the first time there and I got to say I was very impressed with the service, kept me informed from start to end ,they done all the work at a very affordable price ,i will definitely use them again ,great work guys :-)
Had to book my MOT ASAP and came across this garage with availability in a couple of days. All the reviews were great so I went here, and I'm not surprised all of the reviews were great. Very friendly staff and everything went really smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Very impressed with the service! I came in needing an MOT at short notice, and they were able to fit me in straight away, with a pre-phone call - Nice touch. The team got to work immediately, and everyone was friendly and polite throughout. I felt really welcome while I waited — even offered a hot drink, which was a nice touch. I was charged £39 for a simple brake pad check that took 10 minutes. As a kind gesture, I offered to pay something as a courtesy, but I definitely didn’t expect to be billed half hour labour —especially since no real work was done and I wasn’t informed of the charge upfront. They justified the cost by saying that, from a business standpoint, they had to pause other work. But from a customer’s perspective, it’s a complete rip-off for nothing. I previously thought they were decent as I’ve had my vehicle serviced there a few times, but this experience really changed my opinion. It really shows how they value their customers or rather, how little they do.
