Always had a good experience at the delivery office on Brandon Street. Staff are friendly and efficient. I have used this several times to drop off parcels. Opening hours are not great but this has not impacted me too much.
There is a Large sign on front of our building stating NoJUNK Mail. It’s. Large building so we don’t just get one leaflet we get bundles! Most Postwomen/ Men adhere to it but there is always one. So I will continue to redirect them back to Post Office
Well, this is a new standard in unprofessionalism and laziness. My days off are today and tomorrow. They claim that nobody was at home at around 11 am, and that they attempted the delivery. I was at home and nobody rang the doorbell or made any effort to deliver my parcel. So, another attempt will be made tomorrow. Who would like to wager £50 that they will not deliver my parcel tomorrow? I will be at home again. I am serious about the bet.

This place is a nightmare i had a delivery rescheduled to to post office at Neilsland road i went down twice it hadn’t arrived there then i got an email telling me if i didn’t collect it it was getting sent back to the supplier. so the P/O said i need to go to the sorting office which i did & they close half day on a monday!!
got the " sorry we missed you " card went in at 11.30 the next day ( Friday , it was closed ) I was told it would re-open at 12.15 but as I was travelling down to london I thought I would collect it the following Monday , I arrived at 15.30 and guess what it was closed again , the card recomends re-arranging your delivery via their App well good luck with that one ( try to download it and it tells you need to sign in before you can proceed even though I haven't downloaded it ) to rub salt in the wounds there are multiple openning times for this depot so you could effectively spend your entire week ( with loss of earnings etc ) trying to collect you parcel , if I could have given a negative five star rating I would have
Not long ago I would get a txt message from them to track my parcel seems to have just stopped now I get the red card through my door to say it's on it's way back to the depot I went in the next day after work and its closed at 4 o'clock I finish at 5... now I have been in there well after 5 a few times on a Friday... very disappointed no warning about time changes

We ordered package to be delivered by royal mail with tracking number. After couple days I get confirmation my delivery was delivered to my address. Just funny because I didn't get anything and I was in home. Where is my delivery I'm asking?!
