   This was my 3rd time here, there’s a reason I just keep coming back. First visit was to install the front splitter, second to installed wheel spacers and today to have lowering springs installed. Thank you to everyone that’s worked on my car and have accommodated me super last minute as I always just pop in and want stuff done ASAP. Fantastic customer service and fair prices despite the springs today taking the whole day to install. I cannot recommend them enough. Next up and final mods on the X3 is new axle back exhaust to install so I will be taking it here of course. Then the next chapter will be the M3 Touring mods. Thanks guys!

   Had to replace my alloy wheels due to corrosion which was causing every two day re-inflation of the tyres and the sensitivity of the tyre pressure monitors blanking part of the dashboard display. ProjeX were very helpful in suggesting the style for the replacement wheels, ordering and fitting was a breeze. The young lady on reception offered coffee taken in the comfy lounge waiting area. The car was returned looking smart and ready to go within the hour

   A very good initial experience sadly followed up by a lack of communication: I initially reached out in early December via Instagram to ask if they could paint and fit some body kit parts for me and they were very helpful and suggested coming in with the parts to discuss further. I did this the following week and had another very helpful conversation with two guys who asked plenty of questions about exactly what I wanted, so far a 5/5 experience. I was told a quote could be provided to me in the next few days and all being well I could be dropping off the car to them as early as the end of January. Although I heard nothing back for a week or so, after asking for an update I had an honest and apologetic reply back saying they had a lot to close out before Christmas but they'd get the quote to me. Completely understandable and I appreciated the honestly. Sadly this was the last update I received, having chased several times in the new year via email and Instagram with no reply and also telephone where call operators were once again kind and helpful but could only say that someone would get back to me which then didn't happen. I'd love to remove this review or change it to a far more positive one if they get back to me as the standard of work I could see from visiting their premises is high. Even a reply stating they would not be interested in the work would be an honest thing to do and would be appreciated. I hope my experience is a one off as I was initially looking forward to using a business very local to me.

   Best experience I've had a garage. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and knowledgable. Facilities are fantastic and the waiting area was really calm and comfortable. I had a full catback exhaust fitted and despite there being some known issues with fitting them (fault of the car design), they went above and beyond to make sure it fitted perfectly. Most importantly the service, I had constant updates while the car was being worked on and following on from chats they even offered to try and source some bits I've been having trouble tracking down. These guys are specialists and clearly into the work they do.
