Be careful of the person with 5 star reviews, especially when he/she is a mechanic. It is in the nature and blood of the mechanics to not to do the work properly even after getting the money they asked for. A few weeks ago, I went to a mechanic known as Indi for a full service. He and his workers scammed me, charging £300 just for an oil change while completely ignoring the other tasks on the list. On the very first day of driving on the highway, the car began to misfire and stall—this was an issue that was supposed to be fixed as part of the full service, and I had clearly outlined it. The cabin light also stopped working. I had to remove the spark plugs and discovered that the gap between the ground and electrode had been measured incorrectly and they had been installed unprofessionally. He told me there was no cabin filter in my Maruti Suzuki Alto SZ, but there is one. He simply assumed it wasn't there without even checking. He also claimed there is no fuel filter when there is one, which is even mentioned in the car's manual. Both the cabin and fuel filter tasks were ignored, but I was still charged for them. I had also informed him about fault codes showing on the OBD scanner, which was part of the full service. After this so-called "full service," I checked again and the same faults were still present; in fact, they are still there as I am writing this. This unprofessional tyre-kicker didn't even clean the oily footprints from his shoes after servicing the car. He also failed to clean the oil container and placed it directly on my car's mat, making a mess. In a nutshell, he took the entire day just to change the oil, charged me £300, and ignored all other tasks. He wants me to visit his shop to take another look, but trust me and always remember this: never take your car back to the same mechanic after they have messed it up and you have pointed out their mistakes. They will never fix it properly. I have 30 years of experience with these gimps.
Very very happy with the recent work I had done on my Nissan juke. Had to have a cam belt fitted, phoned Indy on Tuesday and it was booked in for Wednesday, how good is that. Also I told him about a terrible roar that was driving me mad, took it to two garages and they didn’t know what it was, mad me think I was going mad, Indy knew what is was straight away after taking it out and fixed it while doing the cam-belt. Unbelievable service, showed me when I got back the faulty parts he took off. I’ve been seeing a bunch of amateurs in the past that’s cost me money. Can’t speak highly enough, so pleased what you did Indy, I’ve got my car back. Real professional, honest and fast, lives up to the name. You certainly won’t be disappointed. Going here from now on. Nothing is too much trouble.

Had the alternator on my car give up on Friday, Indi offered to have a look on the Monday, he had a look whilst I was there, confirmed the problem and was able to fit the job in the same day, even staying a bit later in the evening to get the work finished so I wouldn’t be without the car for work the next day. And fair pricing too! Absolutely stellar customer service and an all round decent guy! 100% coming back in the future!
