   Looking for a Skoda, and had 8 cars shortlisted to visit over 2 days. Went to Fowlers first, thank goodness, because I couldn't not buy the car they were selling. Really undersold it online, because it was flawless and really beyond my expectations. So nice to deal with a smaller family type business who were on the ball as far as customer service goes, and I felt completely confident. I didn't need to look for any catches or traps. John the salesman had the perfect balance of professionalism and an amicable demeanor. I was happy to do the deal within minutes. What a change from the "big boy" box shifters who inspire no confidence whatsoever. Would recommend anyone looking for a car to try Fowlers. Best car sales I think I've ever dealt with

   Great service. I had a stuck bolt, which they tried to remove but couldn't. However, they found a specialist for me and let me keep my car on their forecourt until he could come and do it. They were really helpful and polite, and wouldn't accept any payment for their time and allowing me to use their facilities.

   Excellent honest service from a company who really cares about their customers and the service they provide. My car had a full service, mot and cam belt change. They provided a little run around while my car was in the garage which was amazingly helpful. Sadly i failed the MOT but they explained and physically showed me the issue and sorted everything for me as quickly as they could. I can’t fault the service provided, communication and, as an engineer myself, the mechanical work done. Very professional and highly recommended.
