Joanne and her team were absolutely brilliant with our cats. They were gentle with them both, our maine coon boy who's particularly nervous at home getting groomed was so at ease with Joanne and her team. We are so relived and happy that we have found somewhere we know that our cats are cared for and groomed professionally.

Joanne and her team are brilliant. Been going to Joanne’s for a while now to have both my Maine Coons trimmed as their coats get very long and unruly, Joanne is so great with them and always gets the job done efficiently and leaves them looking neat and tidy. Couldn’t recommend enough!
We waited a long time for Babas appointment as our previous groomer stopped doing cats. We were called at least once a week with the offer of cancellations. Joanne and her coworker done the most fabulous job of Babas lion cut. I got to stand by the table, and within 30 mins Baba had his nails trimmed and lion cut complete. He was also at so at ease and enjoying being groomed for the first time. Honestly can't rate this place enough, top service! Thank you

We have a small cat who is a bit on the feisty side. She needed a trim as she needs to wear a coat, however, she won't even let us pick her up. These ladies handled her brilliantly and did as we asked with minimum fuss, they even put her coat on. All in all a great experience for Minnie, and a stress free time for us. Thank you !!
Been going to Joanne’s Dog & Cat grooming salon for last 5 years with Dood our golden doodle - love the service & consultation. Dood comes out looking amazing every time , despite my neglect of regular brushing they always seem to salvage him. Highly recommend!
