What a phenomenal service. Our wee Nessa (15 month old Poochon) has had bad experiences with other groomers in the past but she was very well looked after here and looks great. Superb value and I would highly recommend. We live on the other side of town but more than happy to travel for this quality of care. We will definitely be back!
I was really apprehensive about Haggis’ first groom (he’s 5 months) but it went so well! He came out looking really good, his coat is so soft and they sorted a few bits of matted hair on his belly and ears. The ladies working there were so lovely to him. He liked it so much that when I came to pick him up he didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back!
Couldn't be happier with the service received. After looking through various reviews for different places we were recommended Waggly Tails. They managed to give us an appointment only 5 days later. We have a fairly nervous romanian rescue dog, who has never been groomed. The girl in Waggly Tails was fantastic with him, and took plenty time to make him feel relaxed. She also took a lot of interest in his background and seemed to genuinely like him, and it felt more than just a standard service they were offering. I can't thank them enough for being as patient with Teddy as he can be challenging at times (especially in a bath) and I know they did everything to make him feel as relaxed as possible. The price was also great, and I couldn't recommend them anymore. We will 100% be back. Thanks!
