   I had quite a bad experience here with my dog. They didn't do a good job, left him quite uneven and with some tangled spots remaining. I had to trim him up myself to get rid of tangles and even things out. He also had a few nicks on his belly that looked like he was cut with scissors or clippers. I understand that can happen but at the very least they should have said something. But the biggest problem is my dog is now nervous of going to get groomed (even at a different place), when he never was before. When we walk by this place he actively avoids it, dodging to the other side of the pavement. My dog loves to go everywhere, so that speaks volumes as to what the experience was like for him. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

   Originally got recommended by a friend to this place. Had good expectation but was disappointed with the service and lack of detail. We asked for a full groom, which they did nicely on the body, however later we discovered the paw pads aren’t trimmed. Also the dog doesn’t smell of shampoo or a nice scent. The shocking event that happened was when I was called to pick up my dog, they threatened to charge me extra for each 15min delay. This had never happened before with other groomers. The store was no way near closing time, so had no idea why the rush?

   They are rude and not very friendly. Never again shampooed my wee dog and allowed water to go in his ear, he now has a ear infection. Never again.

   First visit for my little princess, Lola. It certainly won’t be the last. It’s probably the best cut she has ever had. Just what we wanted. The girls were lovely and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
