My tyre wrecked by a pothole on my way to exam invigilating, but managed to get to work. Called other places but Car Care answered the phone swiftly and although had said they were extremely busy, sent out a technician to assess. As I couldn't take calls I asked if they could text me. And they did, first text was basically saying we maybe able to squeeze you in after 2pm. Next one was technician is on his way!! Amazing!! I wasn't expecting to leave the school until early evening but they took the wheel, fitted the tyre and had me back on the road before the end of the school day. Super impressive service!!
Super-friendly and helpful local garage that look after my elderly mother so well. Today she had a tyre pressure warning light so we brought the car in. A lovely chap immediately looked at it for us. Thank you all.

Pay little attention to any bad reviews that this company has had. Just to clarify I am an independent private citizen that had never used this garage before. They replaced the bottom pulley on my ageing BMW X3. The job cost half the price I was quoted and took 2 hours. I had been told 3 or 4 days. A great big thank you to everyone that works here. Great service from this garage (cam belt + water pump change) , arranging the work to be carried out on my car was very easy, very reasonable prices, drop off and collection was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone.
