   Awful. I've used this place twice now, and each time they've done a bad job, and worse it was bad through just plain laziness. First time was wheel alignment, and it came out with the wheels relatively aligned, but the steering wheel a good 20 degrees off, which you can't overlook unless you just can't be bothered to even care. Second time was for tyre fitting, and they quite badly scratched the wheels and lost two wheel bolt caps. It's clearly just laziness to scratch the wheels, the machine can't even be blamed because only one of the wheels was badly scratched, the other was OK. And how do you manage to lose the bolt caps when all that needs to be done is to put them on the floor in a neat pile. It's such an easy job changing tyres, absolutely no skill required, and yet they just can't be bothered to put the small amount of effort in to do it properly, and as a result have caused really expensive damage. Have been chasing Dave the manager for weeks now to replace the bolt caps, and he's trying his best to ignore and avoid us, unsuccessfully. He can't seem to understand that it's not OK to lose and damage someone's stuff, he genuinely seems to think its OK and normal to do that.

   Terrible experience at Kwik Fit Chipping Sodbury. Mechanics didn’t use protective covers in my car, dropped my £500 key on the concrete with no apology, and handled my car with greasy clothes. Retest took 5 days to book and the MOT was dragged out unnecessarily, with the tech revving my engine far harder than any MOT I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional. Came here as I moved in the area and for the good reviews but not coming back for sure

   Excellent service. My car had a warning light to say low tyre pressure, no indication which tyre. The car was on the ramp and all tyres checked, I was there for less than half an hour. The problem was a slightly loose valve. On board diagnostics reset and everything seems fine. Very impressed - thank you Abbie.

   complete unprofessional service which makes me doubt work carried out. booked over a month in advance to ensure my booking contaced later that month to be told could not fit me in that day after rearranging told to bring car in at 8.30 but nobody turned up until 8.45 to open up . when picking up car just told you paid on line so you can go when queering if the service book had been stamped was told no .I have come back every year since having this car because of good service but the place has gone to the dogs.

   Went in for a slow puncture repair, but came out fast with 4 new tyres, and a pretty hefty post Christmas bill! So why the 5 stars I hear you ask? Well because David our technician went the extra mile (forgive the pun) and because of his excellent technical and people skills he will save us money and stress in the longer term. He thoroughly explained to me the findings of his tyre survey and what it meant in terms of safety, fuel economy, road holding and staying street legal. At no time was there any pressure (no pun this time!) to replace all four tyres but let's just say it comes down to confidence when driving in our inclement winter weather. Overall, Kwik, (efficiently) Fit and friendly service, I'd thoroughly recommend the team at Chipping Sodbury to anyone.
