Honestly a huge disappointment, such a brand ruined by a European representative. Ordered something 6 weeks ago and again no reply to any emails called 6 times no response pathetic. Never using you again.
Pure scammers. They will take your money and leave you months to a year waiting. They don't respond to emails, messages or calls. Avoid and choose another brand or deal with Spoon Japan directly.
Really bad costumer service. They take ages to respond to your email and they don't keep you updated. the only way to make them respond is if you start a claim with paypal. They also refuse to issue a refund for items that are months delayed. Basically it's becoming a SCAM website. Stay away!

Discusting customer service. I have been waiting 4 months (since December 2020) for my Spoon b pipe for my Honda Civic. They dont answer emails, they dont answer telephone calls. I just get a voicemail from Anthony saying 'we cant take your call'. Ive called Taikyu once a week for 15 weeks and sent 4 emails. I understand we are in slow difficult times but its no excuse not to pick up the phone or answer paying customers emails. Its such a shame that Taikyu represent Spoon who are the foundation to Honda tuning in around the world. If Tatsuru Ichishima knew his business was being delt this way in Europe he would be ashamed!
