   Great local garage - me and my dad have used the Crown for years and it’s a blessing to have just down the road. Sam has been great sorting out any car issues we’ve had, including being truthful about problems that don’t exist (thanks Halfords) and being fair to women (nothing condescending or discriminatory). That being said I have had some issues with communication in the past, but I think they were mainly down to personal issues and a very busy garage, rather than anything intentional.

   Terrible experience with this garage, booked in car but wanted to charge me for recovery which wasn’t necessary because I was a member of the AA. They said cancel which I did but then charged me £20 for cancellation fee. Wish I could do no stars

   I would avoid. After having my car for over 2 months, no communication, when I chassed them they flat out lied repeatedly to my face, voided my warranty and eventually got the vehicle back with no repair done. They lie on their website as they are no longer part of the good garage scheme. From talking to others who have used this garage it seems you're fine if you are in with them. However, if they don't know you they will simply mess you about.

   Wanted to say a big thank you! I orginially left my car with Weston Garage on Friday for a MOT-I was told on Monday it failed..at the time my little one was unwell & had to pick him from nursery-I explained this situation & they said could fix on Tues..sadly didn't happen so on Wed called other garages...Crown Garage said bring it over & in space of less than 24 hours they had it fixed & MOT redone..I love Crown's honesty and just understanding what its like to be a mother trying to juggle it all..so thank you thank you thank you!

   I've used Sam at Crown Garage three times now, and he's been spot on with my car every single time. The garage is clean and organised, Sam's communication is great, and I trust them as professionals who will only do work that needs doing. Have recommended them to friends and personally wouldn't go anywhere else with my car now. It's so nice to finally find a garage who can do everything - service, MOT, tires - so I can just pick up the phone without thinking and they'll look after me. That's golden.

   Sam has just done a great job tracking down a rattling noise under my car that started suddenly last week. He checked everything and made sure the car was safe to drive. The cause of the problem was not obvious but was traced to a cover from the wiper mechanism which had fallen off, dropped down and was causing the rattle . Excellent service.

   Our T6 failed it's MoT and we needed the brakes doing and the van re-MoT'd urgently as it's an accessible vehicle and our son can't go to school without it. These guys pulled out all the stops to help us at short notice and could not have been better. Amazing service, great communication and very fairly priced as well. We feel very lucky to have such a great garage in our new neighbourhood.
