She explained the process of familiarising a puppy with grooming and helped me source the correct tools for managing our dog's coat. Erin is friendly & informative, she always does an excellent job with our dog's coat and most importantly he LOVES going to see her.

   Erin has been absolutely fantastic with my dog Willow who is extremely fearful. In 3 visits she made Willow feel safe enough to go from just baths to a full groom to even getting her nails clipped! I cannot recommend Erin highly enough! An amazing dog groomer who genuinely cares about your dogs needs and comfort.
