Been two or three times now to get my young puppy nails clipped (15 years old ) happy dog happy Owner only £ 7 pounds
My dog comes out absolutely beautiful every single time. He comes home happy and he is always happy to go there. They give him a new bow tie each time and it’s such a lovely touch. Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing with my wee boy! I’ve never had no problems with them. My dog is very nervous around new people and is very anxious with other dogs. They are Very patient with him and What a change I see in him when I decided to go here. He’s with other dogs and seems so happy and not bothered when I pick him up. This gives me great reassurance. The groomers are absolutely lovely and always listen to what I’m looking for and takes amazing care of my boy and he smells amazing and always looks dashing with his new hairdo and his wee bow when I pick him up.

So thankful we came to this groomers. Our puppy is quite timid and the ladies were so great with him. So patient and understanding with him. The store is so welcoming. The ladies are happy to have a chat and hear what I need and want. He looked amazing, enjoyed his time and was so well looked after. Cash only.
Very disappointed with the cut from here. They made a mess of my dogs face and ears. Uneven scissor marks (see pic) and I didn’t feel that she had been given a full groom, just a very bad £40 haircut. They’re response is not true either. My dogs ears weren’t matted, I had washed and brushed her one week previously. I took two dogs and they were done in an hour and a half along with another dog that was there. That dog HAD been groomed when I arrived, it was freshly shaved. These people take no responsibility for their work and make false statements in their replies. Instead of apologies they just make excuses and blame the customers. My sisters dog is a mess too. I’ll post how he’s supposed to look and how he left their place. Amazing wee family owned business. Treat the dogs like their own. Would highly recommend and wouldn't have any issues leaving them with our wee dog
The ladies at happy tails are pawesome! I never worry leaving my dog in thier care. They are fab at what they do.
