This is the second time using this garage. The garage has CCTV everywhere so you won’t get anything but thorough work, carried out by the team. Mr T is honest and truthful to what NEEDS to be done on your car and what COULD be done on your car to make it run correctly or be better. You will never be ripped off because he physically shows you and discusses with you what needs doing before he does it. He will also match any estimate you get from another garage. It’s not about the money for Mr T, it’s about faith, trust and happy customers . He is also a pillar of his community and works closely with local outreach programs. Stop looking for another garage - you’ve found the best in the business here!
I was initially happy with the work done as my car seemed in good working condition and it was done in good time. However one day my car would not start. The guy from the AA asked if I had had my clutch repaired recently. Turns out they fitted the wrong bolts into my gearbox and not enough of them either. This caused the gearbox to leak oil and has had excessive wear. I would avoid.
Polite and friendly staff. Filwood were able to get my MOT booked within 7 days of my call. Very competitive prices and great value for the high level of service.
Car started making very alarming noises a couple of days before Christmas. Obviously every garage was horrendously busy, but they managed to diagnose same day and repair it in time to drive home- much appreciated! My car is a very old, but much loved heap of junk, but I still think they took excellent care and everyone was very friendly!
Strung along for 3 weeks awaiting a part for my T4. Never received a call from the garage, had to chase them myself and they never got hold of the part. More distressingly, 24 hours after my van was returned to me, i notice a new dent and paint scratch on the passenger side rear panel. I can't prove it was the garage as i didn't spot it immediately, but considering their driver said 'how do you drive that thing' upon returning it to me, circumstances would suggest an accident on their part. Asked the garage about it, but again, received no communication and had to chase myself repeatedly. Do not use this garage.
Great service - appointment on the next day, honest and very warm communication, cheap compared to another garage I wanted to use for the same job, car drives really nicely again! Thanks so much Crystal (hope I'm spelling your name right!), I'll definitely be coming back.
Really friendly service, helped me so much understanding what was happening (and getting the kid into the buggy) and very reasonable price. Also enjoyed the interior vibe, feels like going go karting
