The company collected my vehicle and rectified the fault quickly. Sending me pictures of items that were faulty & needed replacing. I felt throughout that they were completely trustworthy and honest which as we know as a consumer is difficult to find. I would definitely use & recommend this garage. Great communication and works. Sold me a van broke down the following day as fuel line was super glued when all it needed was a new clip £265 later and hour n half on side of the m5 after breaking down ‘Adam’ Is denying he even sold me the van. Full time mechanic part time rip off merchant steer well clear
The Vehicle was booked in promptly. A written and itemised quote was supplied immediately after inspection and work was completed within two days despite the job requiring 7 hours labour and parts being ordered. The removed and damaged parts were shown to me upon completion. Communication was excellent and I feel that the pricing was fair for the work involved. I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage to others .

This was a warranty job through a nearby car salesman, and being from out of town with kids in tow, it’s not always easy to sort these things — but they made it as smooth as possible, even with limited time. Took my car here for a few jobs with mixed results, was fairly happy with how problems were resolved until after the last visit where my car was returned in unacceptable condition. A piece of wheel arch trim came away on a motorway roundabout and got stuck behind the wheel. I had to put myself in a dangerous position to retrieve it with heavy traffic passing me in the dark. On closer inspection I realised that most of the trim fastenings around where the last job was done were completely missing and I'm still finding various parts that have not been properly secured months after the work was done. I'm fairly handy with a spanner and cable tie so have managed to secure most things myself as I'm not taking it back... The advantage of this place is it's cheap so if you have something like tires/brakes to get done it's a good bet but if you have a complex car/job I would avoid.
