It's an old-fashioned back street garage. It is exactly what you would expect. Would you take a 25 plate Tesla there for new tyres.....probably not. Will they MOT your 15 year old car, and be fair and reasonable. Absolutely! It's a nice little garage for little jobs. Very reasonable prices and good staff. I would recommend,
I booked my car in for a MOT. for this Friday the 28th August 25 at 8:30 for a oil and filter change by11:00 it was all done they phone to tell me to pick it up. all done at a reasonable price and the staff were all plight and courteous to me first time for me using this garage well done.staple hill MOT centre
Excellent in my experience, balanced 2 wheels as car was vibrating, and did it without me needing to make appointment, and fixed issue. Seem like nice genuine people
It is sometimes difficult to find an honest and reliable garage. Can't fault Berkeley Road Garage though. Recently (Feb 2025) had my Honda CRV mot'd and serviced. It failed on a gauge in the wall of one of my tyres. Not a problem though, had a new tyre fitted and re-tested. Prior to this, my son and daughter both took their cars there for testing and repairs. It's very reassuring to find honest mechanics. I will be returning for my next mot and for any repairs that might be needed in the future. Would be happy to recommend.
First time using the garage for a mot, was very impressed with the great service. Did not pressure me to have advisory work done but were happy to do it for me same day and a good price, even did an extra job for me at no extra cost. Would 100% recommend and will use again.

Not the best garage I’ve been too, went there to fix my car as it had no power! Took over £500 from me to fix the issue had to go back 3 times because the car was in the same condition it went in.
