Best groomer ever! I took my rescue dog to Sarah for her first ever groom. Sarah was so kind and understanding, putting my dog's needs first. As my dog was too scared to complete the groom, Sarah called us to pick up the dog and suggested we bring her back a few more times for meet-ups to build up her confidence. No charge for her time nor the face/ear cleaning she had carried out, even when we offered to compensate her.
Sarah has groomed my dogs a few times now. She does a beautiful job and had a very kind and gentle approach. Thankyou Sarah!!
Sarah did a fantastic job of grooming our family dog. This was the first time we booked in our Bedlington Terrier, so we were all a little nervous. Sarah put us at ease and was very professional. She showed us the equipment and area used to groom, and showed a genuine care and kindness towards our dog. We would recommend to others and have already booked our next appointment.
Sarah is fantastic with my wee dog. He hates being groomed but Sarah makes it her mission to put him at ease and he always looks marvellous when finished. Thoroughly recommend
