   As a female van driver I sometimes feel a bit worried I might get ripped off or patronised by certain people and the first time I used M&D services I had never had a service before (didn't own a vehicle for a looooooong time) so asked what it included and the answer I received included the word "obviously" before every item. It was not obvious to me, hence the question so this felt a bit frustrating and patronising. I resisted going back due to this but couldn't find anywhere else close by that was able to service my long wheel base, extra high (chimney) Movano so ended up biting the bullet. Had a lovely experience and didn't feel patronised or out of place at all. They were clear, friendly and professional. I am really happy with the work done, how easy it felt and how good the communication was. Have they changed or have I? Who knows, but I will definitely be back again as I have decided they are my garage now ☺️

   Very arrogant, unprofessional people. Brought my van for an MOT, it failed which is fair enough. Booked a re test with repairs. The main mechanic / owner (I presume) was very annoyed that I did not bring my own spare parts not asking me to organize them before. What on Earth were you thinking? Very unpleasant attitude for no reason. On the MOT re-test, they found new faults. Kind of amazing they did not spot them on the first MOT. Either not capable to do their job properly in the first place or inventing faults to rip you off. Also, the main mechanic / owner advised me that no additional parts are needed for the fix. They then bought a number of parts (obviously with a massive margin on the top) and fixed them without speaking to me first. I would not even mind that if they were not as arrogant, mouthy a bunch of unprofessional. Is a few hundred pound worth being an as.... trying to get your as much as possible of your hardly earned money. This was my last visit to this so-called garage. Don’t rip off your customers.

   Garage fitted a 2nd hand gear box for me on short notice and went above and beyond to fit the repair in as they were busy. Great service and completed for half the price most garages were quoting. Will be using them for all van related repairs and servicing from now on. Thanks guys
