   I previously had a positive experience with Hinton Motor Service Ltd Garage when Munnah used to manage it. The service was exceptional, and the value for money was fantastic. However, under new ownership, the garage's standards have plummeted. The customer service is now abysmal, and I cannot recommend this garage anymore. It's no longer a reliable place for MOT services.

   Beware of Dishonesty and Rudeness: Avoid Hinton Motor Services Ltd My experience at Hinton Motor Services Ltd was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I initially booked my car in for an MOT, only to have the garage owner, who seems to be an old man, fail my car and demand an exorbitant cash payment of £450. When I refused to comply with his cash-only demand, I opted to have my car fixed elsewhere for a fraction of the cost, only £200. Upon returning to collect my car after the repairs, I encountered the owner's incredibly rude and ugly attitude. It was evident that he had not even bothered to thoroughly inspect my vehicle. Instead, I was met with hostility and unprofessionalism. To make matters worse, when I called to inquire about the situation, I was greeted by a less experienced mechanic who simply dismissed my concerns and refused to address the issues with my car. It's abundantly clear that this garage owner prioritizes greed over honesty and integrity. It's apparent that he has a penchant for evading taxes by insisting on cash payments. It's disheartening to see such a decline in service standards, especially considering that this garage used to have a good reputation before. To anyone considering using Hinton Motor Services Ltd, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and potentially being taken advantage of by steering clear of this dishonest establishment. There are plenty of other reputable garages out there that deserve your business more than this one.

   These guys are amazing!! I’ve used them for 2 mots and a full service and now a flat battery. Every time I’m very happy with the final price and the service they give is perfect. They go above and beyond to help their customers: my car would not start yesterday and they even came and jump started it and re charged the battery for free. Brilliant team.

   Friendly, professional, honest & decent. Excellent quality, knowledgeable work carried out quickly and at highly competitive prices. Great value. We've used them for years on several different cars. So... Absolutely, 100% recommend. From SmartForTwo 700cc turbo to Honda convertible to 2.5 litre V6 automatic, they've handled everything we've ever given them honestly, fairly, rapidly and cheaply. They don't talk down to anyone either. Customer service is spot on. Wouldn't go anywhere else for car servicing, MOT and repair in Bristol or environs.
