Nice guys, great service. MOT was quick, with the oil and filter change, the cost was reasonable too.

Really happy great service fitted me in when I didn’t have an appointment because I had a very long journey ahead of me and had quite a major car issue and they Fixed my car great interaction about the job and a great service. Would recommend these highly to anyone living in Bristol.

I booked MOT, service, and bumper repair here and gave my car at sharp 9:00 on Friday, as they told me, and was told that they would give me a callback once it was ready. I presumed that it would be ready on Friday evening or Saturday (as Google shows they are open till 1pm). For this reason, I had to adjust my job by taking a half day and working remotely so I could arrange the drop-off and collection. I rang them on Friday evening at 5 several times but no one picked up. Then I rang several times on Saturday within their working hours as mentioned on Google, but again no one picked up. On Sunday they were closed. With no further communication, I just had to wait until Monday with no confirmation of when my car would be ready. Because of that, I could not drive to work on Monday, so I again had to take time off and work remotely. I called them Monday morning at 9:30 and they said it was ready. Upon my arrival at the garage, I was told that the owner was not well, so he left early and didn’t work on Saturday. Secondly, they didn’t repair the bumper, saying they don’t deal with this (which should have been told to me when I dropped off my car). Then the bill wasn’t ready, so the owner calculated everything in front of me, not knowing exactly what had been done to the car (I will talk more on this further). After that, I paid £175.52. Then came the most unprofessional part – they weren’t able to find my keys. They were nowhere to be seen, and after some effort, they came out of one of the worker’s pockets. It is highly unprofessional to keep car keys in a pocket after the work has been completed instead of putting them in a proper place where they can be found. After going into the car, I saw that it was already unlocked and soaking wet inside because they had forgotten to close the window after working on it. This made the seat fully drenched in water and splashed water all over the car floor. I told them, and the owner made the worker clean the floor, but my clothes got completely wet as I had to sit on the soaked seat and drive back home. The seats are cloth, so they will not dry quickly. Then, after I drove back home, I got a missed call and a voicemail from the owner saying he had put in new brake pads but forgot to add the labour charge for that to the bill. He missed it because the car was repaired on Friday when he wasn’t available, which means the car was already repaired on Friday but I was not informed (I could have saved a lot of time). This shows a complete lack of communication and professionalism. In his voicemail, he asked me to come back to pay or come back later. I called him back, and he explained that he had missed adding the charge and wanted me to return to pay. But I work on weekdays and finish work at the same time the garage closes. The outstanding bill was £66.43, which he wanted me to pay. I could have refused to pay after receiving the worst service, but I genuinely didn’t want to do that. So I paid via bank transfer. I also told him that my clothes had gotten wet due to the wet seats, and he just said apologies and that there was nothing further he could do about it, but still wanted me to pay. I asked him if he could take something off the second bill he wanted me to pay, and he only took off £10. I appreciated that, but it did not cover the time I had to take off work unpaid, the time I couldn’t use my car, the Ubers I took back and forth, and the unprofessional service I received. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER, AND I ASK YOU ALL NOT TO GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE FIRSTHAND HOW UNPROFESSIONALISM WORKS.

I went to the garage for an MOT test, and it turned out that the front springs were broken. Even though he was very busy, Ali accepted to fix it within two days – and he did. The car was ready on time, with all issues resolved and a new MOT issued. The price was fair and reasonable. In my opinion, Ali is completely honest and trustworthy.

Most of the staff are very helpful and reliable. Unfortunately, there is one member of staff that was unbelievably rude. He not only treated me with no respect at all but was driving my car with one hand as he took a phone call with the other. He also said that he would fail my mot if I didn’t book in to fix the advisory the next day. This is not the point of an advisory. I felt that I would have received better service if I wasn’t a young woman.

Waste of money, too pricey, and very rude not to go back to him again

Squeezed in my car MOT for me and got me in and sorted without problem. Didn't need any repairs or anything this time so just the base fee this time and the guys were a good laugh so very happy with their service.

Big thanks, always done me, and anyone else ive known go there proud. Had a big job needed doing and was fair priced and despite me turning up with the car in a state they made it good, with nothing but honest good work. Proper mechanic no frills job done.
