    I had mixed experiences with the garage recently. Used them for some years now to repair and MOT our cars but will likely to avoid in the future. 1. Paid for 2 tyres to be replaced but noticed later on that one of them was never changed and almost complately bald. Year of manufacture on the tyre in question was 2017, the rest 2023. This has been sometime ago now so not worth arguing, just replaced the tyre for a new one. Car somehow passed it's MOT at the garage in the meantime. This to me is a safety concern. 2. During the latest MOT the garage replaced two windscreen wipers without contacting us prior to let us know. I replaced ono of them a few months earlier so didn't think there was need to replace both, but again did not one to argue here. What if I was in a position where I wasn't able to pay that day? I prefer to be kept up to date on progress if it involves me paying for the service. I appreciate the garage may be busy and people are rushing. Nevertheless a phone call would be great. Staff very polite so I thought it's worth mentioning.

    I’d avoid at all costs (and it will cost). I took my transit in for 3 problems/noises with the brakes, steering and a knocking in the engine. We discussed the problems, they have a price of £1500. They changed my wheel bearings at a cost of £600 and the problem turned out to a £10 brake clip missing. Found a broken rear suspension spring and replaced it with one that took a much smaller payload and signed the van off without noticing that the entire van was on the wonk. Never did anything to address the steering noise and the engine knock despite then being the reason for me taking the van in in the first place. Found out all of this after they took the £1500 off me. They didn’t even want to give me any refund/reduction even when I had to take another day off work for them to fix their mistakes. Absolute cowboys. Charged me 1.5 times the going rate for labour too ‘because it’s a van’. Give these idiots a wide swerve.

    I’m very happy with this service, staff are polite and above and beyond with everything…I had my car serviced for the repairs at VIC SCULLY which is near to my place ..I’ve been back and forth to them for 2 months fixing a problem after problem on my car and of course spending money to pay but car has not been fix after few days , engine warning will come up again..then realised that seems not worth going back to them and just spending hundreds of pounds (near thousands) to pay at VIC SCULLY.. then my friend recommended LOCKLEAZE SERVICE STATION and they fixed my car , solved the problem on engine trouble. I’m already driving my car without any issues. Trusted company, I will definitely recommend and use them for MOT and future services for my car.

    Do not use this garage! I took my car to this garage with an engine fault. They charged me over £300 just for a diagnostic. Which was apparently a faulty fuel injection. And wanted another £300 to fix. Took to another garage and it was just a spark plug that needed replacing! They just want your money not professional at all!

    Taken two vehicles here for MOT and both times got really good service. On one time, I was pressured to get the van to go on holiday and they did all the work necessary quickly and for a good price. My friend recommended them to me and now I recommend them to my friends. Really trust them.

    I have been coming to this garage for years and they are so friendly and genuine! Every time the service has been great for a reasonable price - I could not recommend more!! The best thing about this garage is that it is run by very genuine people, over the years they have been very honest with me as to whether something needs to be done or not. Reliable and all round a top service!! 5 stars from me.

    Great service as always. It was for my yearly MOT. Perfect for me as its close to home. Work was needed so they called me and gave me the option for them to carry it out there and then if I wished. Price was good. Work done really quickly. I will return again when needed. Highly recommend. Friendly, great communication and service all round.
