   I brought my old Peugeot in with a major clutch issue, and the team were fantastic! Before fixing the clutch, they did a full inspection of my car and took the time to show me everything they’d found and the impact of each problem. Thanks to their honesty and clear advice, I decided it wasn’t worth repairing and chose to scrap the car. It’s rare to find a garage this honest, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Even though they didn’t make a penny from me, they treated me with total professionalism. Highly recommend and will be using the garage when I get a new car!

   Lovely mechanics helped me out last Friday. Car was making a concerning noise before driving to London. They had me in and out in half an hour, identified the problem and showed me and gave me the confidence to drive there whilst knowing to get the work booked in the following week. This was all despite them being super busy. Would have got the substantive work done with them but my regular garage could fit me in much sooner but would recommend them for their knowledge, professionalism and for squeezing me in and giving me the green light so that we were able to stick to our weekend plans. Much appreciated, thanks so much!

   A 5-star experience from start to finish! Firstly before I knew what was wrong, I phoned up to ask some advice and they offered for me to bring the car in and they could check it over to see the fault before diagnosing, which was a massive vote of confidence from me already. Then on the day of repair, the mechanic who worked on my car, Josh, was really friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience! Will definitely be recommending!    Rang Williams on the advice of a friend who uses them regularly as I was experiencing a vibration coming through the car. Even though I wasn't booked in, because I had a long drive to do, they told me to bring it down so they could check it out and make sure it was safe. They inspected the car and correctly diagnosed a deformed tyre, which could have been dangerous on such a long trip, and recommended a place to get it changed. Even better they didn't even charge me ! So refreshing to find such honest and straight forward guys, now I know they are there I will be using them in future.

   Excellent Service It's very rare to find service as good as these guys. They will make recommendations in your benefit and not theirs and do excellent work on your vehicle. During MoTs/repairs, they have made things easy, simple, and relatively cheap for me, which is a blessing during this cost of living crisis. Easy 5* review from me.

   Very friendly and professional service. I don't know much about cars but they were able to explain what's wrong with mine in an easy way and aslo give advise in terms of future repairs 'what to look out for'. I will definitely be back. Just make sure you book in advance because they are busy!
