Definitely the best mechanics in Southmead, Bristol. Provides high quality service for a extremely reasonable price. I had failure in my brake pads and I was able to get it repaired quickly. They gave me the best quote and fixed it the same day.
Really good value for money but, for me, this was at the expense of good customer service, communication and respect for my time. They had my car in over a few different days and didn't even look at it for the majority of those. They realised they'd ordered the wrong part at 3.45pm when my car had been with them since 8.30am. I can't quite work out how they're still in business as the model just seems to waste their time and energy. I'm really sad to write this because I wanted them to be a success but it was incredibly stressful for me. I'll be trying the garage right next door to them next time.
