Brilliant Technical Assistance. Took my family car in and BTA were able to help on short notice with clear advice and regular updates whilst car was being worked on. Videos by watsapp so I didn't need to go back to the garage whilst they were doing it was helpful. quick turn around and 12m guarantee on the work. Thank you BTA for taking the stress out of the repair, I'll go back but hopefully not to soon. Recommended!

I had an excellent experience with the BTA Garage. They provided immediate help when my car almost broke down and offered fantastic customer service. Their communication was seamless, and they were very quick and efficient, all at a reasonable price. After booking an MOT with them, I had a major failure and a few smaller issues that needed fixing. Normally, it would take them a day, but they knew my circumstances and went out of their way to make it as quick as possible for me. I highly recommend them! That’s my garage to go from now on.
I've been to BTA 5 or so times for a variety of issues (oil changes x2, brake pads, type replacement, and mystery sound diagnostic) and they have been the most professional and honest people I've ever dealt with. BTA Garage did an immaculate bodywork job to my dented car, and given me great advice regarding new tyres. I have since returned for a service, now a regular customer. They are great value and honest. Cannot get better than that.

It took me a while to find a great mechanic in Bristol, but I am so glad I eventually did. After my car was in different garages a few times and spending lots of money for some unnecessary repairs I finally found BTA garage who fixed the issue I had that others mechanics couldn't find. A really good service you can trust.
I've picked this garage because of good customers reviews and it didn't disappointed so far. Guys are always busy but manage to find time for everyone. Reasonable prices and prompt repair. Give it a go at least you will get an advice.
Luckily I have found BTA garage to take care of my cars, after having a really bad experience with another garage AP that I used to be client of, and be treated really bad just because I had old cars, I used to feel like they were doing me a favor. At BTA I always received and outstanding service with and outstanding communication and really good prices.
