   Went to Harris on Ford with high expectations, as they specialise in Ford cars, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. I spoke with the owner, both on the phone and in person, and he came across as quite sarcastic and rude. When I mentioned the price seemed high, he did make a small discount, but the overall justification wasn’t great, and I felt there should have been more transparency or options. I can’t comment on the labour cost, but overall, not a great experience.

   Had issues with the immobilizer on my ford transit. Called AA initially and they recommended Harris- we got an appointment the next day and had everything sorted for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

   They fixed my car and for that I am grateful. However, I would never recommend this business because the man who seems to be in charge is incredibly rude. I tried multiple times to ask if he had any idea when the car might be ready since it is the only car our family has and I’m responsible for getting my four kids to and from school. He refused to give me a ballpark estimate on time and only told me “I’m working on it!!”. The other men who worked there seemed to be nice but I dealt mostly with the one that seemed to be in charge (didn’t ask his name because I tried to keep our interactions to a minimum). His customer service is terrible and after our first two interactions I simply didn’t feel comfortable talking with him. Like I said, they helped me out when I needed my car fixed quickly but I would never recommend this place due to his rudeness and inability to communicate at all.
