   I used All Audi for the first time yesterday, 08/11/2024. After explaining to Neil the problems with the car, he was up for a quick diagnostic and found the problem easily. Neil was kind enough to fix my problem straight away, as my car was running in "limp" mode and it was something he managed to fix in a quarter of an hour, with proper professional skills and a high dose of goodwill. He could have refused but he didn't, honest and willing to help. I will certainly go back. 5 star service from a 5 star gentleman.

   I have been using All Audi since I moved up to Bristol and can’t rate them enough. Brilliant service, polite, happy to help and I feel I can really trust them. MVP was Kelly today who booked me in but also went the extra mile to help me get my car prepped for MOT after returning from a 5 day festival this morning. Big shout out to you, you were a life saver!

   Booked in for service and MOT on my A3. Deans communication was excellent throughout and made me feel like a valued customer. Big saving over going to a main dealer with the benefit of these guys really knowing their stuff when it comes to Audis. They can also update your digital service history too for an extra charge which I wasn’t aware of. Overall can’t fault the service, will be returning again.

   Took my A5 in for a cam belt, water pump, clutch and flywheel, and while working on it they diagnosed a couple of niggles. They rang me to ok any extra work, and got the car done on time and for a good price considering the work done. I'm fussy about who works on my car, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

   Absolutely brilliant service, incredibly friendly people and certainly know their way around an AUDI. Only a few months after buying my AUDI it was having problems so I booked it in to have some work done. Dean gave it a service and called to to advise that there are far too many problems with it and that I should return it to the dealership. They could have easily taken the money and made the repairs, but he was perfectly honest and looking out for my best interests. Couldn't recommend more highly.
