Highly recommended garage, Mo done a very good job on my car, I had a full service and he checked the car over and told me what it needed the job was done in couple hours. No hassle, very reliable keep the hard working. Highly recommended
Don't want to write this review but unfortunately I feel like I have to. Been coming here for over 5 years and generally have a good experience. But this time was the complete opposite.. Had my MOT done previous Monday failed on a few things fine fair enough, done most of it myself but asked to get my shock done as I didn't have time to do myself so I booked it to be done today, was told to leave it at 9am and would be called when it's done. Never received a phone call and never answered when I rang about 5 times, been waiting around in the cold all day with my partner and baby in town waiting for it to be done expecting it be done by around lunch time as it was only 1.5 hrs job and retest, but heard nothing. On my way back to the garage around 4:50 I got a call from them to say it wasnt done as the usual guy was in hospital.. which I can understand but was frustrated as I never got told about it and the other person working was 'to busy' to also call me.. Unfortunately I dont live local and live over 40 miles away but I still liked coming here as they were generally good. But today I saw the bad and it was really bad.. there was NO apology and some how I was the bad person for being annoyed.. which is understandable.. all you had to do was give me a call just to let me know earlier in the day not right at the end of the day. It's not good enough, I was asked to leave the car overnight which is impossible for me as I need to get my baby back home and my partner so it's not easy... I asked for a small discount to cover the fuel to make the journey back and also for the inconvenience which I thought was very fair but he just became very defensive about it and gave me attitude. This is really unacceptable and I'm really upset with the experience.. your generally a good garage, yes hard to get hold of and sometimes mess around abit but I can deal with that, but being defensive and not taking accountability for being in the wrong is out of order and unfortunately I don't feel like coming back after this experience.. also my car was dead when I got back my boot was left open. They did jump it but still annoying..
This garage doesn't deserve a 1star rating i woildnt give a star i would give it no stars. My experience with this garage was extremely disappointing. I was promised a phone call on Monday — it never came. I called 17 times, left voicemails, and received no response. By Wednesday, I had to go in person to find out what was happening with my vehicle. No one could give me a straight answer. I was told the technician would be in at 10am and I’d get a call by 1pm. Again, no call. When I returned to the garage, I was met with a complete lack of accountability — everyone passed the buck and no one took ownership. I was quoted £70 for diagnostics, but was then charged £90 with VAT, which hadn’t been mentioned upfront. I was furious, but paid anyway. When I insisted on paying by card, I was told the system was down and had to pay by bank transfer. I was also told I couldn’t get an invoice due to the same system issue, but they’d contact me to collect it. I’m still waiting. Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely lacking in customer service. I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

Fantastic, speedy service! Ash & Ryan were both very helpful when I brought in my vehicle after the 'engine repair' icon's were flashing. Friendly service, highly recommended.
Great service, car feels like new again and didn't cost me a fortune. Even bought a car while there for the partner which has been a fantastic little motor. Highly recommended.
This little garage was a great find. I took my Vauxhall mokka in for an mot it had an issue but they were so helpful in getting the problem sorted and fast and getting it booked back in for a retest. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them now and I will definitely be using them in the future for any work that I need doing.
Got a full service on my car from this garage, and I must say what a lovely service the garage provided. They collected and dropped the vehicle and done a great job on the service. It was definitely a service with a smile and I'll no doubt , will be using them again.
After a false diagnosis from the rac these guys had my van repaired and back to me the next working day, very honest and trustworthy they could have easily charged me for the work the rac recommended but didn’t, I highly recommend them and will be using them for my car and van services and maintenance from now on
