James came out to me to replace a coil spring on my car, he kept me in the loop the whole time and was super friendly throughout. He had to go away and get parts but came back very promptly. I'd definitely recommend him, and use him again if the need arises.
We contacted James after our son moved to Bristol and had an issue with his car not starting. We now live 4 1/2 hours away so were unable to help him ourselves. James dealt with the issue very quickly for us and although he struggled to source the required parts he made a big effort to track some down to enable the car to be repaired so our son could travel back up north for his graduation. We were very impressed with the service and would definitely use James again.
