Was going here for years until they began becoming sloppy, giving bad advice and generally ripping off people. Whilst being cheaper than a dealer they are also quite pricey. Sloppy: completing work but not putting every back together properly, I twice drove away with panels flapping about and one time a new part not being fastened down properly. Bad advice: you need a new engine, you’ve probably only got about 1 year / 10k left on it. (I’ve been driving it round for the last three years and done at least 50k since…). Other garages say my engine is absolutely bulletproof on my t5. 20 years old and higher mileage than average, but always serviced regularly. Rip off: Advising parts required that aren’t and they only fit brand new branded parts. Spent thousands for nothing on one major repair. Had no choice. And they also fitted it all despite me saying phone me before doing anything major.
I can’t recommend Vee W Services highly enough. My car had been completely undriveable since mid-August, and despite weeks of troubleshooting with multiple VW/VAG specialists, nobody could get to the bottom of the problem. Vee W Services were the only people who recognised the issue. They diagnosed the fault quickly, something several other garages had failed to do and offered a clear, practical solution straight away. The repair was carried out in early November, and since having the car back it has been running perfectly. Given that I rely heavily on my car for work, finally having it fixed properly has made a huge difference. The team were knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful throughout, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. If you’re in the South West and need someone who truly understands VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda issues, I’d absolutely recommend Vee W Services. Outstanding service from start to finish.
I have had a really great experience with Vee W Services over many years. I've gone to them year after year for MOTs and when random issues pop up. They have always been kind and happy to help, and they have always displayed integrity. I have also sought their advice for recommendations for bodywork and tyres when needed, and have had a great experience with anyone they've ever recommended.

I used Vee W services for several years when I worked in Bristol, they were always great and I thought good value, they maintained my Skoda Octavia and latterly my VW Golf Mk7
Awful place… had my car for over a week just to replace a fuse… When asked to replace the bonnet cable they said they would… told me it would be ready on the Tuesday… arrived and still not ready 3rd time they have told me it was delayed… The fact they called me the Monday to confirm I can pick it up the Tuesday… when arrived Tuesday still not ready! Paid £150 for no reason! Place is awful..not worth a star or your services
Had a fuel injector replaced here a number of weeks ago. Excellent service at the time, was impressed as this was a difficult job to diagnose. However, this week had a major diesel leak, losing me practically a full tank. Not to mention the safety issues. A Greene flag road side assister showed me that the rail across the injectors had not been put back correctly. This was a 2 second job to fix, by pushing it back in. However, the engine needed cleaning and I felt as if I should have the fuel paid for. So I took it back and after initial resistance, the engine was steam cleaned and I was given cash to pay for the fuel. So this is why I have been fair and given a three star review. The work was done badly, but was corrected well.
