   I’ve used Central Park Garage a few times now and Paul and Sarah are brilliant. I live around the corner from the garage, so this has now become my local and go to garage. I rang the garage yesterday morning as my engine coolant was leaking, Paul told me to drop my car off and within a few hours Paul had fixed the issue. Thank you Paul and Sarah!

   Dropped my car in for an MOT and didn’t receive a phone call all day so decided to call around 4ish to see what was happening when my call was answered I was told that my MOT hadn’t been done due to a fault with one of their machines. I was a little frustrated as they hadn’t tried to contact me all day and meant that I was now going to have to rush to try and book my car for an MOT else where because most garages book up fast and I need my car for work! I gave them the benefit of the doubt because these things happen and can’t always be helped, however, what I was extremely shocked about was the extremely poor customer service. When I arrived no one was there so I decided to wait because they were close to closing and I didn’t want to leave my car there over the weekend. When someone did finally show up I was completely ignored not even a hello when he just walked past me to grab my keys. When I thanked him for passing me my keys he didn’t say anything at all the whole time! I didn’t receive any apology of any kind for the inconvenience and he didn’t try to rectify the situation at all and couldn’t even tell me where he’d parked my car. Please save your money and your time very disappointed.
