I got my 2009 Mercedes SLK serviced here last month. I came here because the cost for a Service A was a third of the price of the Mercedes Dealership in North Bristol. The service was completed on the same day. I will come back here to get my Mercedes serviced.

Took my car here for a wiper malfunction and MOT, problem was diagnosed very quickly, the part was priced up and rang within the hour to see if I wanted to go ahead, very happy with the quote! I recently took my car to BS3 Ltd for a car service and thought it may need more work doing to it. They were very honest and only did what needed to be done. I suspected my brake pads and maybe discs needed replacing but they told me that they were fine. So it was a cheaper bill than I was expecting. I'll definitely use them again.
Situated in a large industrial park and easy to access. The front desk was managed by a friendly person and they were prompt on delivery and very affordable rates .
Just had some bodywork done on insurance after a no fault accident, great results, work completed on time, very happy with service.

Had issues with the Mercedes dealership getting a Service. Used BS3, replies to all my emails and Service carried out as promised, on time, even though I was delayed an hour due to horrendous traffic. Highly recommended.
Very quick and easy, had my C300 AMG in for a head gasket which Mike fitted for me for a very competitive price and kept me up to date at all times, will deffo recommend!
Very friendly and helpful service on the phone and then when booking in at reception.. I was listened to and my comments about what I needed were noted down, which was nice to see. My car was ready by early afternoon and the work was done at a reasonable cost without issues. I will certainly travel here again for my Mercedes requirements! Thank you
