Martin is a down to earth, honest mechanic, he'll tell you straight and true everytime, he's been my mechanic since I learnt to drive some 20 years ago.
Great service, reliable, very friendly, honest and trustworthy... Which is very difficult to find, especially for a woman. Would recommend this garage to everyone.
Land Rover broke down on Ring Road. Smoke out of engine bay and spilling fuel onto road! Mac and Nick got to me in an instant. They managed to sort problem out and I was back on the road in no time. What service! Very much appreciated. Highly recommend M W Autos.

Sorry to say that I had a negative experience with this business in that I tried to arrange a tow truck (based on another garage's recommendation for this business) to transfer my car between garages for repair. I arranged this with MW Autos in plenty of time, only for him to forget to do the job on the actual day, which then had a lot of consequences for my car repair. When I questioned him as to why he forgot, he turned aggressive and said he wasn't interested in my business, and I could and go and find someone else to do the tow, and put the phone down on me. No apology or admittance or offer to make up for his mistake. Bad customer service all round.
Martin and Nial did a superb job of servicing my kit car. It had not been out of the garage for ten years and they have made her run again! Originally I asked them to service the brakes which they did and then they offered to get the car running. The car runs with a motorbike engine but that was no problem for them. The car was put into excellent running order and then they took it for an MOT which it passed at the first asking. Unsurprising given their attention to detail and professional work. I would heartily recommend M&W Autos and I'll definitely be using their services again - great job!
Martin is always friendly and give professional advice, no rip off charges and honest. We had a problem with door not closing recently, he fixed it in a minute without prior appointment and didn't charge single penny. Using him for more than a year and everytime excellent job. Highly recommended.
We broke down in my husbands and needed to be towed to a nearby garage. Martin came really quickly (within 15 minutes) and we were back on the road having had the car sorted within an hour or so. He also advised me they had a garage and given my car required an MOT I booked in. He did a wonderful job with it and was far more reasonably priced than any other garage I have been to in bristol. My car now drives better than it ever has and I would recommend M W Autos to anyone! I won't go anywhere else now! Thank you Mike!
