Amazing customer service everyone was so friendly, our Nissan El Grand broke down near Bristol on our way home and hey squeezed us in so we could get back to Cornwall which was so kind, and we weren’t overcharged :) tempted to come up for our MOT!
We had a blowout on the M5 which cut the brake line, and ADS absolutely saved us! They managed to squeeze us in so we could get back on the road quickly — and with our 5-month-old baby, that meant the world to us. Everyone was so lovely, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The service was excellent, thorough, and really well priced. Couldn’t be more impressed — thoroughly recommend
ADS really saved me and I couldn't be more impressed with them! The clutch went suddenly in my Skoda and I turned up at ADS. They were very busy for the next couple of weeks and couldn't promise anything but still squeezed in picking up the car from the roadside and assessing it. Amazingly, they also squeezed in ordering the new part, fitting it and giving it a test drive, all on the same afternoon! Throughout, they kept me informed on the phone and were so lovely and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.
I used o good garage before for my bongo .but one day my gear box went ! I got towed to a.d.s. by recovery guy cos said they're specialists . They had a spare gear box on the ground and said could fit it . Job done . I haven't been anywhere else since ..five/six years .. They're always honest knowing bongos have their issues age wise . Anything mechanical they can fix .. bodywork and underneath well just bongos you need to look after yourself! But they can and will keep mending corrosion. Realistical pricing too .
By far the most humble and best garage I’ve ever come across. 10/10 professional and honest. Recommend to anyone, they stayed open nearly an hour to wait for us to drop out bongo after we broke down coming back from Boomtown!
I needed an MOT done at short notice due to a couple of other garages letting me down at the last minute. The staff at ADS are VERY helpful and managed to help me out with an appointment. All done very efficiently and a really good price too. I will no longer use anyone else for any car work.
ADS did a great job diagnosing a problem with the brakes on my 98 Bongo AFT. Really friendly, knowledgable and reasonably priced. Would definitely return to them if I had any other issues with the van.
